At Fagan Family Farm our Jersey cows graze freely. Our milk is free of growth hormones and antibiotics. We pay special attention to the health of the cows, and the cleanliness of the barn and milking equipment. We also use a high level of care in the milking process and cooling the milk quickly.
We think it is essential to have the milk regularly tested. Therefore we send our milk to a lab. We want to ensure that our product is healthy and that our farming methods are health-promoting. The milk tests ensure our equipment is clean, our cows are healthy, and our milk is safe for human consumption.
